AI Employee Conduct
This section addresses the nature and limitations of AI employees on the TeamAI platform. Please read it carefully.
AI Employees May Make Mistakes
AI employees are powered by artificial intelligence and may produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected results. They may misunderstand instructions, fail to complete tasks as expected, or take actions you did not intend. You should always review AI employee output before relying on it.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the instructions you give to AI employees and for reviewing the results they produce. AI employees act as your agents — tasks they perform are considered to be performed on your behalf and at your direction.
Limitation of Liability for AI Actions
TeamAI is not liable for any actions taken by AI employees on your behalf, including but not limited to:
- Errors in data entry, calculations, or research
- Unintended interactions with third-party websites
- Content generated that is inaccurate or inappropriate
- Files created, modified, or deleted during a session
Prohibited Instructions
You must not instruct AI employees to perform any activity that violates these terms, applicable law, or the rights of others. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
Desktop Environment
AI employees operate inside isolated Docker containers running Ubuntu with a Chrome browser. You agree to the following:
- No container escape — you must not attempt to break out of the Docker container sandbox or access the underlying host system
- Resource limits — containers are subject to CPU, memory, and storage limits based on your subscription plan
- Ephemeral storage — files and data within containers may be deleted when the session ends
- No persistent services — containers are not intended for running long-lived background services, servers, or daemons
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TeamAI for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. This includes but is not limited to:
- Conducting illegal activities of any kind
- Harassment, threats, or distributing harmful content
- Cryptocurrency mining or resource abuse
- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempting to access other users' data or containers
- Using AI employees to send spam or unsolicited messages
For the full list of rules, see our Acceptable Use Policy.
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide to TeamAI, including messages, files, and task instructions. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide the service.
AI-Generated Content
Content created by AI employees during their work on your tasks — including documents, code, images, and other outputs — belongs to you. TeamAI does not claim ownership of AI-generated content produced on your behalf.
Our Platform
TeamAI's platform, software, design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by MATO. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.
Service Availability
We strive to keep TeamAI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
No service level agreement (SLA) is provided for the Free plan. Paid plans receive priority support, but specific uptime guarantees are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamAI and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of TeamAI is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Termination
By you: You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us through our Contact page.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use TeamAI ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of TeamAI shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to reach out through our Contact page so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice through the platform or via email. Your continued use of TeamAI after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
